In this work, the ripping, transforming, reshaping properties of water have been related with the text. In today’s world, the integral and the one-way viewpoints imposed by all kinds of powers conflict with the nature and the human mind. As the system holds all the meaning relations we build with life and rule the art according to this meaning relation, producing real solutions concerning life has become difficult. The only way to defy this situation is to rip all the places, perception, meaning, form and living which presents integral prospects and provide to gain minor situations resisting the whole. In this point, the rain in the work acts as a deconstruction. The dissolved pieces of the text will form new groups and cause new myths to arise.

About the story:

The text on the paper is taken from the orijinal text of Ovid, as it is a poetry and its nativeness related with the language is not damaged. The video contains the last part of the story. In this part, when Apollo is about to catch Daphne, she begs her father, the river god to transform her; and Peneus transforms her into a laurel.

In order not to let the audience read the text with a pre-limited meaning, it is given blurry and illegible; the aim is to relate it with the name of the work.
