Kerem Ozan Bayraktar (1984) lives and works in Istanbul. Having graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts in 2007, the artist completed his graduate degree at the same institution and pursued his studies at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where he enrolled through transfer programme. Artist has five personal exhibitions at PG Art, Istanbul as well as having participated in various group shows at numerous galleries and platforms such as Habitat (2016, Istanbul Modern), VIVO (2015, Kasa), Hypologie (2013, Sanatorium), Please Do Not Disturb (2013, Istanbul Modern), Borders & Orbits (Siemens Sanat, 2009), 26. Contemporary Artists Exhibition (2008, Aksanat). Bayraktar currently continues his studies as a Research Assistant in the Artistic Proficiency programme in Marmara University. Bayraktar uses copying, reproduction and variation possibilities of digital media to investigate and visualize phenomena that spread to a wide range.
